"I feel I have to put pen to paper and drop you a line to say thank you for the extremely professional service you have recently provided. As you may remember, our existing artwork had been 'lost' by our previous supplier, (I think when they realised we were shopping around due to their extortionate prices), and all we were left with was our logo.
We sent you samples of our stationery and computer forms and you managed to quickly redo the artwork and print these for us, and they actually looked better than the originals. You may also remember we requested all artwork on CD, as we didn't want to be left with just our logo again! This was provided to us at no extra cost and even though I can't read the files, (all Apple Macintosh files I believe), I realise these are industry-standard files that can be passed on to any other printing company. However, it must be said that we have no intention of going elsewhere as the service you provided us is second to none.
You have my permission to use any of the above for your marketing purposes." |
