Payment & Delivery

Credit Cards

Our preferred method of payment is by credit card. Most cards, apart from Amex, are catered for. Payment can be made either by contacting us (on 01635 522447) or we can contact you, to take the necessary details.

We can also receive payment via PayPal, which can be used whether you have an account with them or not.

We do not normally charge the card until the goods are ready for despatch, and we are happy with the quality.

Please Note: we do not store any credit card details on our system. Once the transaction has been made we destroy any details that could be possibly used fraudulently against you.

Cheques
Cheques should be payable to Castle Print & Design. If paying by cheque please allow 4/5 days for clearance. Work will not commence unless a cheque has been received. In certain cases, to minimise wait-time, we will begin work but not despatch goods until the cheque has cleared. A pro-forma would be supplied if payment is by cheque.

VAT
Certain products, leaflets for instance, are zero-vat rated. If you would like to check if your project is rated, or non-rated please click on the following:

Delivery
We normally quote 7/10 days for delivery but in reality most goods are despatched well within this timeframe. We are used to working to tight deadlines, so if your project is urgent please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline as some products are turned-around much quicker than others.

For small packages, (business cards / postcards etc.) we use Royal Mail but in certain cases, especially where a tight deadline is to be met, we may decide to use a more reliable service such as a courier.

For larger parcels (letterheads, multi-part sets etc.) a courier will be used as standard.

Please Note: we are totally in the hands of our delivery agents so if a timescale has been quoted this will rely totally on the delivery service to keep their end of the bargain.
