We are currently seeking to employ a

Junior Graphic Design / Artworker

The successful applicant will be fully conversant in:

QuarkXpress - Illustrator - Photoshop either/or both Mac & PC.

Some html knowledge would be extremely advantageous, although not a compuslory requirement, as there is continual work on the company website.

Tasks will include design for:
business cards, letterheads, brochures/flyers, business forms, continuous stationery, in fact all types of business & promotional stationery.

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of working in colour for print (litho & digital) and will fully understand the differences between spot colour & full colour printing.

An ability to cope with pressure/deadlines etc. is a standard requirement for this post.

The applicant must display a good telephone manner, as contact with clients will be a regular part of the job.

Computer literacy is a must-have skill, although ongoing training will be provided on both platforms should this prove necessary.

After initial training, the applicant will need to display an ability to think on his/her feet and be willing to help in the succesful running of the business, whenever the need arises.

Salary negotiable and will be commensurate with experience.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (we may be flexible on the hours, subject to your circumstances).
