The recognised standard for specifying envelope size is that the second dimension denotes the opening style and flap length e.g.
DL Wallet = 110mm x 220mm - flap is on the 220mm edge
C5 Pocket = 228mm x 162mm - flap is on the 162mm edge
A4 Pocket = 324mm x 229mm - flap is on the 229mm edge

PLEASE NOTE: For short-run envelope printing, (below 5,000), it is important that at least one of the envelope edges is kept free of artwork by a margin of 8mm. These envelopes are 'made up' first and then printed, so we need a clean, ink-free area for grip on the printing press. On larger runs, the envelope can be printed 'flat' so therefore no margins are necessary. |

HOW TO ORDER |
|
If you have artwork already prepared, just send this over to us and we will check for any potential problems. If necessary, we will email back a pdf proof for you to final check.
If you do not have an account with us, then payment will need to be arranged, and can be made via Credit Card, PayPal or Cheque, (cheque would need to clear before we start the print run).
A member of our sales team will make contact to arrange all the details and give you a delivery date.
Please use any of the 'contact us / request a quote' links found on most pages of the site. This will direct your enquiry into a ticketing system, that will enable us to keep track of all correspondence.
